Safe Space
Counseling Center LLC

Creating safe spaces, no matter where you are.

About Me

I am a Florida transplant providing counseling services as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington D.C. and Maryland. I am open to working with men and women to promote a healthier lifestyle, helping each client achieve personal growth and progress. Through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches we together can create positive change. I utilize meditation and spiritual reflection as regular interventions to assist my clients to remain grounded and focused on self-care. As a therapist, it is my goal for each client to feel safe and comfortable enough to share openly and honestly with a primary goal to improve your overall well-being. Often times we need an unbiased and nonjudgmental ear to listen and hear our concerns. Together we can create a plan to assist with moving forward to accomplish personal growth and success.
